Will report directly to a Corporate Officer. Has the responsibility for overseeing Deputy Program Managers, Site Managers and a staff of Transportation Security Officers assigned to multiple airport locations. Will oversee all aspects of airport screening operations and administrative functions throughout the day to include keeping staffing at proper levels to meet screening operational needs.
Oversees and manages recruitment, assessment, training, employee, and stakeholder relations.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects. Set priorities, assign tasks, creates and executes contract project work plans. Monitors performance and gives performance reviews or corrective action.
Ensures all screeners receive required training and maintain their certifications.
Manages and monitors details of contract deliverables such as costs/budgets, staffing rosters, consumables, supplies, equipment, etc.
Ensures documents, data reports and system entries are accurate, complete, current, and maintained/stored appropriately to the regulations/requirements.
Excellent communication skills are a must to include but not limited to providing written reports on the activity of the operation and reporting all unusual activity. Must maintain communication with all levels of management including Corporate regarding operation and personal issues.
Prepares for formal and informal meetings and/or other engagement reviews and ensure compliance to quality assurance procedures.
Complete knowledge of all company policies and procedures is required to ensure mandatory adherence to.
Ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the entire work locations and offices.
Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office family (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Ability to write detailed and routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to organize and perform a variety of scheduling and operations related tasks
Must be available to work various shifts, weekends and holidays
Bachelor's Degree preferred with seven (7) year's experience of supervision and management in a similar field.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
