This role would enable you to challenge yourself in various marketing tasks within our Consumer Products Division for all Adria-Balkan countries, with the following
Responsibilities:
Support Product Managers in their daily activities (preparing product presentations for clients, working on needed translations, requests of product codes, coordinating labeling & contracts) and with execution of local campaigns Closely collaborate with other departments (sales, logistics, trade marketing) and partner agencies Adapt communication materials for different channels (imagery, digital, point of sale) Help to collect and analyze consumer and market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to the management Assist with the influencer marketing tasks (product seeding, administrative support) Assist in the preparation of eCommerce and website content for assigned brandsARE YOU THE ONE?We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and responsible person to join our team! Our ideal candidate:
Has at least a Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Marketing, Management or Economics) Ideally gained some first professional experience during internships Has good organizational skills, and is a structured and communicative person Is business driven and result-oriented Has strong creative but also analytical mindset Loves working in dynamic, challenging environment Shows proficiency in use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word Speaks Serbian and English fluently (knowing any other regional language is an advantage)WONDERING WHO YOU WOULD WORK WITH?Our L'Oral Adria Balkan dream team is based throughout several countries (Bosnia&Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Serbia and Slovenia), speaking more than 7 languages, and united towards one ambition - creating L'Oral, for the future!In this position, you would be based in Belgrade as a part of our Marketing team, but you would closely collaborate with passionate and engaged colleagues throughout all our countries, that are experts in their respective fields and that are driving excellent market performance results in a highly ethical, friendly, and inspiring environment!AND FINALLY, WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?You might be cosmetics junkie - or you might not.
